Castor Bay

From the street you wouldn’t know there was anything that special about this house. Built into a cliff, this house has 4 storeys – 2 of which are below ground – and every floor has magnificent views over the Waitamatā Harbour. The garage is on the second level, and the pool that extends out has an entire apartment beneath it. There is a 2 storey Secant wall which allows you to walk around the entire house (between house and the cliff). We demolished 2 existing houses on 2 sites to create this spectacular residence.
