The Drake

Our background is in commercial construction, and we still do the odd commercial job – like this one. The Drake is an iconic piece of Auckland. What once was a hotel and pub, is now prestigious office space and popular restaurants. The owner wanted to expand the building, but as it’s listed as a heritage building it can’t be knocked down. So we built new wings around and underneath the existing building.
